As this was one the first prefab houses to be craned on a New York City rooftop, this landscaping renovation project was an awesome opportunity to bring everything together by creating a urban front yard style garden but with views of the Empire State building. Reclaimed beams were used to create a pergola and planter box give the space an organic modern look. Industrial steel fencing wraps the perimeter linking all the materials to the red metal prefab. A green roof and patio were added to create a lookout area.
